Booking your Floatel experience is simple and seamless. Here’s what you can expect from start to sail.

Step 1 → Submit an Inquiry

Complete our inquiry form with your preferred cruise date, the occasion you’re celebrating, and any customizations you’re interested in exploring.

Step 2 → Discovery Call

Within 24 hours of receiving your inquiry, a member of our team will reach out to schedule a discovery call. During this call, we’ll discuss your vision, answer any questions, and help you finalize the details of your cruise.

Step 3 → Secure Your Date

Following our call, you’ll receive a Charter Agreement and invoice. To officially reserve your cruise date, a signed agreement and a 20% deposit are required.

Step 4 → Customize Your Cruise

Once your date is secured, our event planning team will work closely with you to thoughtfully customize your experience—from décor and cuisine to personalized touches for your occasion.

Step 5 → Final Payment

Final payment is due one week prior to your scheduled cruise date.

Step 6 → Cruise in Style

On the day of your cruise, simply arrive, unwind, and enjoy. Our team will take care of every detail while you relax and celebrate on the water.
